1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TurfLet. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TurfLet Bangladesh Ltd. ("TurfLet," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

TurfLet provides a platform that enables users to:

• Browse and book turf fields across Bangladesh
• Purchase sports equipment and gear
• Create and manage sports teams
• Connect with other sports enthusiasts
• Access loyalty rewards and special offers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials

3.2 Account Types

• Player Account: For booking turfs and purchasing products
• Owner Account: For turf field owners to manage their facilities
• Admin Account: Reserved for TurfLet staff

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation is sent via email and app notification
• You must arrive at the scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept credit/debit cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise
• Prices include applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before booking time
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds
• Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case

5. Marketplace & E-Commerce

5.1 Product Listings

We strive to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.

5.2 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Delivery times vary by location (3-7 business days)
• You will receive tracking information via email
• Cash on Delivery available for select areas

5.3 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on TurfLet (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are the property of TurfLet Bangladesh Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Turf Owner Terms

8.1 Registration & Verification

• Turf owners must provide accurate business information
• All turfs are subject to verification before listing
• Photos and descriptions must be accurate
• You must maintain facility standards

8.2 Commission & Payouts

• Platform commission: 10-15% per booking
• Payouts processed weekly/monthly
• Minimum payout threshold: 5,000 BDT
• Payment processing fees may apply

8.3 Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate availability calendar
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Provide safe and clean facilities
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance or updates.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors, delivery services, or turf facilities.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurfLet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurfLet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• Unresolved disputes will be settled through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use of TurfLet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use TurfLet immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
